Once again, a Mercury cycle is approaching. It will occur October 24th through November 13th, so mark your calendars and plan ahead. Mercury retrograde cycles occur three to four times annually and last about three weeks each time. They are periods of increased communication snafus, travel dilemmas, technical problems, and more. They are excellent periods to revisit projects and unfinished business. Wait to get married and sign contracts until about a week after the cycle ends.
These are periods to slow down, be thoughtful with communications, back up your devices, avoid purchasing cars, electronics, or technology, check over contracts and sign them after the cycle clears.
Within your home, Mercury retrograde are a favorable time to: Repair Think of verbs beginning with “re” and chances are the activity will mesh well with the Mercury retrograde cycle.
This month consider thinning out and releasing your digital clutter. It quickly adds up. After noticing that I had over 50,000 accumulated emails across several email addresses, I’ve been deleting the excess. Most of these are unsolicited and many are unopened. I’m deleting them in groups … some days I select an incoming address, peruse the emails and delete them all. I’m also making a conscious effort to delete excess mail as it arrives and to unsubscribe from mail that I don’t want to receive. Eliminating mail before it arrives helps to prevent digital clutter.
