As a result, this cycle might be a bit more emotionally high strung, family dynamics might be on edge, and home life could experience disruptions. Notice what triggers you emotionally. Slow down, take a deep breath, and think before responding. Sometimes it’s best to walk away nd tske some time to think things through. You can manage this cycle by planning ahead, lightening up your schedule, building in extra time between commitments, avoiding signing contracts, and not falling for emotional triggers or pitfalls.
